  • Dogs and cats allowed, 1 pet per unit (2 on approval), a monthly pet fee of $50.00/per pet, and a 1-time pet fee of $500.00. None of the following aggressive breeds are permitted: Rottweiler, American Pit bull, Pit bull Terrier, Pit bull, German Shepherd, and Doberman Pinscher variety, mixed or pedigreed, or any breed (in landlord's sole discretion) with an aggressive nature.

  • Your apartment home and community have been designated smoke free. There will be an addendum to your lease stating that the property is a smoke free community.
